Income: 3 times the amount of the rent per month (Gross) - 4 recent pay stubs are required. 2 Identifications: A valid Driver's Licenses, ID or a passport & Social Security number or a W7.
Must have a credit score of 600 and abovewith no evictions and no Felonies.
Application Fee (non-Refundable): $150 if approved and required to reserve your apartments.
Security Deposit (Refundable): $500 up to one month rent.
High Risk Fee (Non-refundable): $400 if credit score is less than 600, min score of 500 or zero credit.
Monthly Recurring Fees:
Trash Fee: $10 monthly
Pest Control Fee: $12
Liability to Landlord Insurance Fee: $13.5
Additional Fees:
Pet Fee one time (Non-refundable): $300
Pet Rent: $30 per month
